The Hotel has a great new gym which has a direct access to the garden. The equipment is entirely unpowered, the only power needed comes from your body.
The equipment provided by NoHrd consists of:
1-The curved manual treadmill offers users all advantages of a self-determined running workout: the belt, consisting of flexible wooden slats and precision ball bearing engineering is exclusively powered by the user’s legs. The Sprintbok by NOHrD knows no speed limits nor does it require settings. Infinitely variable from a comfortable walk to an all-out sprint, runners can fully determine their pace according to their personal running capacity.
2- The NOHrD Bike – an indoor cycle with an innovative, aesthetic design adhering to our continuous high demands on functionality. Using advanced planetary gearing with a solid wood and steel frame, this bike is extremely durable, perfectly suited for professional use in the fitness studio or home gym.
3-Three-in-one Triatrainer:Abdominal Trainer, Back Extension Bench and Weight Bench.In a closed position the TriaTrainer serves as the perfect abs and core trainer. Unfold one side into first position and convert the chair into a semi-bench for working your back muscles and glutes. Opened into full extension the TriaTrainer can be used for all standard bench workouts with or without free weights
4- Swing bells.Swinging movements are part of our daily routine- highly effective and, therefore, a natural component of our repertoire of moves. When our resilience (ability to withstand stress) is down, pain simply hinders our momentum. Prevent this by incorporating SwingBell exercise into your workout: muscles, joints and connective tissue (fascia) will become more flexible, supple and resilient.
5-Originally designed as a training tool for cross country skiers, the Concept2 SkiErg® has been embraced by the fitness community for its ability to work legs, core and arms in a smooth, continuous motion.
